At the 6th grade retreat our theme was on Friendship! We talked and broke open in small group the importance of Friendship, but also how Jesus desire so much to be friends with us! The 6th graders said they really liked the retreat! So don’t miss next year!
The 7th and 8th grade retreat were together this year. Our Theme for this reatreat was: Open wide the door to Christ AKA Open your heart to Chirst! This retreat was also super amazing! One girls says “I had such a great time you don’t even know I learned so much and I feel so much closer to God.” We had games, a talk, food, and prayer time in front of the Blessed Sacrament! God totally Rocked it!

The 10th grade Retreat went well! I have to say I was blown away by the teens. They had such open hearts. The theme of the retreat was the Road to Emmuas. The story of the two disples walking down the raod and Jesus meeting them after He was Crucified and now risen. Is Just like now how God is meeting them right were they are at. So the whole retreat was themed to theat story, how He loves them and desires and relationship with them. That we are ona journey and have different paths infront of us. Which we then proposed the question, which path are you on and maybe which path do youwant to be on, where is that path leading you to? Friday night ended in prayer in the church and the teens reading their letters from their parents. Saturday we had confession in the morning, team building in the afternoon, and hour + of freetime, and ending the night in the church adoring our Lord in Adoration. Challenging htem to open their hearts and take a step closer to Christ saying yes to Him in their lives, which will open them up to saying yes fully to Confirmation! The retreat was great. Thanks 10th graders for making in so great! You are totally in our prayers!
Here are some comments from the 10th Grade Retreat from the TEENS!
“When I get Confirmed I will try to use the Gifts and be the best me I can be!”
“I”m More excited about getting Confirmed!”
